    For all standard installations where the electric hot water system is installed outside and your switchboard doesn't require an upgrade (to add a circuit breaker)- there is an installation no cost involve

    In NSW, we cover Sydney, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Wollongong and the Central Coast, In Victoria, we cover within 100km of the Melbourne CBD.

  • Q3. How Does A Heat Pump Hot Water System Work?

    A heat pump is a more efficient way of heating your hot water. It uses a compressor to heat pump hot water, a bit like an reverse cycle air con but for your water!

  • Q4.What Is The Difference Between A Split-System And Single Unit Heat Pump

    Split systems and single unit systems work in very much the same way, but in a split system the compressor is seperate to the hot water tank.

    This allows the fan to have a greater surface area, and thus be more efficient in a split system than it is for a single unit.

  • Q5. My Current System Is Off-Peak, Will I Save Money?

    Yes, even swapping from off-peak you stand to get massive savings. As these systems are 5x more efficient (this is what the COP of the unit refers to) than regular electric water heaters and off-peak is half the price of “on-peak” , you will still be spending 2.5x less on your energy bill.

    Yes, to qualify for the rebate we are legally required to decomission (drill a hole through) your old tank. We’ll recycle and pick it up for you, free of charge!

    Yes. The system is 2.5x cheaper to run than an off-peak electric!

  • Q12. Do You Do Relocations?

    Yes, but relocations cost money.

    We charge $420 per 4 metres of piping + wiring that the system needs to be relocated.
